一滴墨汁落在一杯清水裏，這杯水立即變色，不(bù)能(néng)喝了(le)；一滴墨汁融在大海(hǎi)裏，大海(hǎi)依然是蔚藍(lán)色的大海(hǎi)。

爲什(shén)麽？因爲兩者的肚量不(bù)一樣。

不(bù)熟的麥穗直刺刺地(dì)向上挺著(zhe)，成熟的麥穗低垂著(zhe)頭。爲什(shén)麽？因爲兩者的份量不(bù)一樣。

哲理：寬容别人，就(jiù)是肚量；謙卑自(zì)己，就(jiù)是份量；合起來(lái)，就(jiù)是一個(gè)人的質量。

譯文：

A drop of ink falls into a glass of water, which immediately discolors and becomes undrinkable. A drop of ink melted in the sea, the sea is still the blue sea.

Why is that? Because they have different capacities.

The unripe ears of wheat stick straight up, the ripe ones hang their heads. Why is that? Because the weight is different.

Philosophy: tolerance of others is tolerance; Humility is weight. Taken together, it is the quality of a person.
