國(guó)家衛健委高級别專家組組長(cháng)鍾南(nán)山介紹，本世紀已産生三次冠狀病毒的事(shì)件：2003年(nián)SARS、2015年(nián)MERS和(hé)現在的新冠病毒。

Zhong Nanshan, the leader of the high-level expert group of the National Health and Health Commission, introduced that three coronavirus incidents have occurred in this century: SARS in 2003, MERS in 2015, and now the new coronavirus.

三種冠狀病毒都(dōu)有很(hěn)強的傳染性，SARS緻死率是10%，MERS接近(jìn)30%，新冠病毒均值大概在1-2%左右。

All three coronaviruses are highly infectious. The lethal rate of SARS is 10%, the MERS is close to 30%, and the average value of new coronavirus is about 1-2%.

SARS發生17年(nián)來(lái)，一度把它當做是偶然事(shì)件，所以這次準備還(hái)是不(bù)足。

In the 17 years since SARS occurred, it was once considered an accident, so this time it was not prepared enough.
